1st consultation regarding a root filling. From 1st phone call to greeting at reception excellent .dentist and assistant excellent . Explained everything perfectly but most importantly also - i was reassured throughout the consultation as im extremely fearful and nervous of having anything done regarding my teeth.

I had such a great experience at my endodontist appointment with Dr. Chris Burns and Victoria! I was feeling really nervous, but they made me feel so comfortable. I mentioned I was watching Love Island in the waiting room, and they kindly put it on for me during my appointment, which really helped me forget about the nerves! They kept checking in on me throughout the procedure to make sure I was okay. Their thoughtfulness and care made all the difference. Highly recommend Dr. Burns and Victoria, they truly go above and beyond! Best dental appointment

Had an amazing experience at this practice. I was seen by Dr. Nida for the Root canal treatment of my cracked tooth. She did thorough examination, explained and discussed all the options in detail. She was professional and compassionate and made the treatment process quite stress-free with her excellent communication skills and calming nature. Dental nurse Saliha was amazing, very kind and professional.

So i went back to Shiraz for a second appointment concerning my root canal. My experience was even better than the first one. Incredible stuff. Decent, honest and straightforward consultation and treatment guideline.

A very professional establishment. Clean and welcoming. This is the second time I’ve been to this practice and seen Dr Raad Sabet. Again received high quality treatment, a full explanation, options and success rate all discussed and agreed. Dr Sabet has a great calming manner. Had a wonderful dental nurse (didn’t get his name). If you need a root canal I’d highly recommend this practice and in particular Dr Sabet.

The environment at Shiraz Endo felt relaxing and pleasant when I first walked into that practice. The practice manager was polite and friendly after he welcomed me into that practice.
He was also helpful when I asked for directions before left the practice after consultation.

Dr Iuliana was so lovely and had a sense of humour and professional but patience and great with communication as she explained and gave me answers, her opinion and advice as well. She was so honesty when I asked questions and asked for her opinion. She did examine inside my mouth gently and explained something after xray was taken. She also was honesty on assessment of my teeth as well which was appreciated.

Thanks to her honest opinion she did certainly help me making decision on options now that I was considering but was not sure before. She also helped me saving money by avoid spending on unnecessary options as well.

I admit I was bit surprised that she gave me a compliment about my teeth which I never had that compliment from dentist before but it was nice appreciation from her.

In the future, if I need root canal treatment I'd go to Shiraz Endo and choose Iuliana to do the job. I'm really impressed with her intelligence and knowledgement.

Her assistant nurses were nice and polite as well.

I'm glad that I went to seek second opinion there. I really appreciated her opinion and answers and explained something to help me understand clear.

I really wish I should have gone to have my first root canal treatment at Shiraz Endo although my first root canal treatment at other practice was good as my issue with tooth resolved after completed RCT.

If someone needs root canal treatment, I'd recommend you go to Shiraz Endo because they would give you best take care of saving your natural tooth.

I absolutely hate visiting the dentist so this was beyond daunting for me. Dr Nida is SO patient and clearly loves what she does. She is a perfectionist and explains as much as you are happy to hear. Once I knew the plan I didn’t want to know every stage so she just carried on with such enthusiasm and diligence checking I was okay along the way. I can’t believe I survived 2 appointments of 2 hours and best of all no more tooth ache! Thank you- I hope to not see you for a loooooong time but would not hesitate to return or recommend you

Had my first treatment. Everything explained clearly. Apart from the injections which are always horrible, the treatment was pain free and comfortable. The specialist found a hidden root canal which had been missed before and is hopefully the cause of my chronic gum pain. she has sorted it, I had a couple of painkillers but am feeling fine now. Follow up actions clearly explained. Thank you all

I was given lots of information on options and long term success of treatments and felt very well informed making my dental plan. After being referred by my dentist, I had an excellent experience with Shiraz dental. I called a couple of times to make few enquiries and the reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I asked for Chris Burn to do my treatment based on previous reviews and I am so glad that I did. He is amazing at what he does and I would highly recommend him and his team to everyone! I went to Shiraz Endodontic Practice for a referral concerning a problematic root canal. Everything about my visit was relaxed and friendly. The welcome I received from the receptionist was warm and genuine. My appointment was on time, and I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable throughout my appointment. The consultant I saw was confident, informative and explained what she was doing at each point. The options I had were clearly explained and I felt happy with the whole process.
I would recommend highly using this venue for any dental concerns.

I've been with my dentist for over 2 decades, this is the first time I referred myself to Shiraz endo, firstly the staff were very welcoming and hospitable, I was walked towards the lounge, very clean and comfortable, it felt like I was sitting in my living room, now it gets better, I was welcomed in by NIDA Kamal, she was very polite, professional and pleasant, she even offered to take my jacket for me just like the other staff, she thoroughly took her time and made all the effort necessary to reassure me and perform the necessary checks needed, she was completely honest and transparent, which I really admire as it's been a difficult task for some places.
The prices they charge are completely justified and you get what you paid for.
I will be going back to them for my treatment and I will definitely recommend them to anyone seeking a professional who takes their job seriously as well as making their patients feel comfortable.

Probably one of the best dentists and practices I have been to. Dr Chris worked with me so well and made me feel comfortable stopping at any point necessary. They have a wonderful environment and everybody you meet is positive. The dental procedure was very smooth for me and I had no complaints.

I am a very nervous person with anything to do with needles ect but these dentists and receptionist really eased my nerves and made me feel I was in good hands, which I was. They were very informative and asked me throughout the treatment if I am okay with clear instructions on how to stop if I needed to. Chris is amazing! The process from start to finish was seamless. Extracting a root canal is a complicated procedure. The dental operation was pain free and Chris made me feel at home. I would highly recommend Chris who specialises in extracting root canals and refills.

Today I've had a pleasure to visit Shiraz Endodontics Practice for the first time and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. The practice is clean and well maintained. I felt welcomed on my arrival, the receptionist lady was very polite and the gentleman who works with her (an admin perhaps?) was kind enough to agree and charge my mobile while I was being seen (thank you, I wouldn't have known my way back home if it wasn't for Google maps on my phone!). The appointment was with doctor Chris Burn. He was very professional and approachable, made me feel at ease and thoroughly explained each stage of the appointment as well as available options of treatment. I felt well looked after and am looking forward to my next visit.

Two visits to determine whether an upper molar tooth was suitable for root canal treatment. I had been informed that the chances of success were not much better than 2:1 because of my age and other factors, and sadly, after further investigation, it became evident that the root treatment could not be carried out (that's the only reason why I have awarded 4 stars not 5). But I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff at this endodontic practice, and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

l was referred to Shiraz by my dentist to have root canal treatment becuase my normal dentist could not perform the prodedure due to a blockage and required a specialist to help prevent me loosing the tooth. My normal dentist explained to me that this practice was excellent and that Arta was a specialist in the area of root canals. The tooth was one of my main front teeth and wanted to try to save this if at all possible.

My treatment there has been excellent, Arta was very understanding and explained all the options I had. They have some really amazing equipment that is clearly a step up from normal dentists.

I had the procedure carried out which has been successful and now waiting 6 months to ensure the infection has also reduced so that I can go ahead with the crown and not need to have the tooth removed and have an implant.

I would highly recommend this dentist.

l was referred to Shiraz by my dentist to have root canal treatment as they have a reputation for being very good with a high success rate. My treatment there has been second to none - it's expensive and complicated in my case, but the treatment itself and the client care has always been excellent. l see Chris Burn and he is always gentle, patient, pleasant and happy to explain what is happening in terms of what he needs to do, has done and what to expect.
Of course l hope my treatment is successful and l won't need to attend for too much longer as l have to travel a distance to get there - but whilst l do I'm more than happy to say l feel I'm in good and capable hands. Would definitely recommend :)

I have always struggled with my dentist visits as I am one of the many nervous patients. Unfortunately I haven't been blessed with great teeth so I have seen my share of dentists along the years. I always look for someone who will be calm, reassuring and honest during the treatments and this is exactly what I found in Dr Nida. She is kind and empathetic, knowledgeable and confident and made me feel at ease during our
appointments.

Needed Root Canal treatment following my regular dentists advice. She recommended Chris Burns. Chris was brilliant, diagnosing the problem and the cause, luckily it was just me being a reckless child and not something I had done recently. Very skilled, professional treatment. I needed root canal treatment that my regular dentist couldn't do as it wasn't straightforward procedure, so I was referred to Shiraz Endodontic practice. I was able to call if I had any issues between treatment. I still have my tooth thanks to the skilled dentistry, otherwise it would have had to have been pulled out.
